Ulive’s Founder and CEO, Ahmet Berkman, stated, “With the ever-increasing momentum of digital transformation, we are telling our story in the most authentic way. By quickly adapting to the digital world, we are bringing together fitness enthusiasts who listen to our story through the content they engage with, and we accelerate growth not only through their sporting activities but also via the social network they build indoors. We are very excited to share this story with the world through Ulive. With this investment round and our renewed brand identity, we aim to move our headquarters to the U.S., reach broader communities with higher quality content, develop more useful content, and integrate our core topics such as hardware integration to the highest standards, making us one of the leading brands in the global fitness market. We feel the excitement and motivation of being the first success story in this field from Turkey and of continuing that success. We have achieved great things in the fitness arena in Turkey. Now, with Ulive, we are eager to share this experience and excitement with the world, especially in the U.S. Our goal is to reach 50,000 paid subscribers within the next 12 months.
