ForFarming, which offers artificial intelligence-supported and IoT-based vertical agriculture solutions in closed areas, enabling the cultivation of fresh and healthy products without pesticides throughout the year, has received its second investment. With the first investment from Tarvenn Ventures, the startup, which launched its products in less than a year and managed to enter 7 different countries, aims to become the technology pioneer of smart hydroponic agriculture in the global market with the new investment.
ForFarming, which set out with the slogan “Smart Agriculture for a Healthy Future” and received seed investment from Tarvenn Ventures in December 2018, increased its company value 9 times in less than 1 year and completed its second investment round with a valuation of 12 Million TL and an investment of 2.4 Million TL. The investment round led by Tarvenn was attended by Volkan Çağsal, founder of the exited startup Adphorus, esteemed business person Tolunay Yıldız, Frederic Fatih Pagy from the EGİAD Angels investment network, and Figen Korun and Gamze Sart from Keiretsu Forum angel investors.
