SFA is also seen by sales teams as the most efficient tool in achieving their goals.
Companies communicate more effectively with their customers thanks to the automation used. It increases sales volume by addressing the right customer.
First integration for remote working
Ekmob introduced Ekmob BI and EkmobMarketplaces systems together with SFA. With Ekmob BI, companies can design their own reports. EkmobMarketplace integrates with the most widely used ERP, CRM, payment systems and interview infrastructures in Turkey. In addition, taking into account that the remote working rate of field sales teams has increased due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Ekmob integrates with Teams, Zoom and 11Sight, where teams can conduct remote video conferences with their customers via mobile application. Thus, Ekmob became one of the first companies to implement a solution where sales teams can manage their customers remotely.
Sales teams using Ekmob SFA provide the following advantages:
Shortens the sales cycle and saves time.
It collects field data directly on the mobile device, controls it and instantly transmits data to the manager.
SFA also makes sales projections. It makes predictions for the future with the past information accumulated in the corporate memory. In this way, it shows the parts that need improvement.
It reports the activities of the sales team based on data.
It eliminates declaration-based reporting processes.
Sales managers easily identify unusual situations and act faster to correct them.
